A complaint!
I am writing to the head of the central office in the Odessa region
10/31/2020 I sent the package. She left the branch with index 67804, but her number was not tracked online.
After 10 days, the addressee did not receive the package.
I contacted the hotline. My appeal was recorded, but there was no result.
The department did not say anything intelligible. They recommended contacting the hotline again.
As a result, I contacted 4 times. Then I was told to go to the department and write an application for the search for the parcel. (So you couldn't tell me right away?)
I wrote. Two weeks later, nothing. The hotline told me that the department should have given the number of the appeal. Nobody gave me such a number. I went to the department again, wrote another application (this is already 12/24/2020). This time I insisted on the reference number. They named him to me. The appeal was recorded.
I have attached a photo of the receipt and passport details to my application.
On February 24, 2021, I receive a response on the hotline that my application has been closed and an answer has been sent to me. I'm going to the department. The answer letter got lost (what an irony!). I call the hotline again. A day later, an e-mail response came: that my application was closed, since I did not attach a check ... (and I attached it twice)
The department was told to bring a copy of the check, print the response from the e-mail. (Should I go somewhere to look for where to print all this ???)
I sent a response by email and included a photo of the receipt. AGAIN.
In response, I received a letter: that I should go to the department and draw up a NEW APPEAL with copies and scans, and also send a scan of the application by e-mail.
I have a question: will this continue for a long time ???? The package was lost 4 months ago. The estimated cost of the parcel is 200 hryvnia! I have a small child. I have to go 20 times to write statements, attach copies of scans, print something! How can???
At the department they cannot correctly draw up an application! Last time I was told it was paid! Thank God, in the end it turned out that no. The department employees are not competent. The head of the department told me that my package was "lying around" at the sorting center.
What kind of attitude towards clients is this ?!
I want to receive my parcel back, or its estimated value in monetary terms.
I wrote all the necessary applications and attached all the necessary documents.
Please resolve this issue, otherwise I will have to go to higher authorities.

Big queue. Only one window works for receiving and sending. I waited half an hour. It would be better to overpay 10 UAH and use another carrier
I don’t understand why I have to stand in line for half an hour to send in 2 minutes later? Huge room, and takes the parcel to send 1 person. This is some kind of mockery of customers. Other postal operators, even in small offices, have 2-3 operators. Well really - optimize this already. I don’t even want to go here because of the constant queues and one operator receiving parcels. The operator works "so fast" that you can fall asleep ...
1) I am sending the package. All is well that surprised. Adequate employee laid out everything on the shelves. Fine.
2) A message came about a money transfer that took place YESTERDAY and was awaiting me at the branch. But in the department he "cannot be found, come back later, maybe he is somewhere in Kiev" ... After half an hour of waiting / searching. Poorly.
