When I served in the army and went on vacation, I had to send a hefty parcel with things from here - they politely served, they explained that my parcel would go as a bulk cargo and it would be much cheaper to distribute everything in 2 parcels. In general, everything was fine.

Mail is not delivered! In November, 5 letters should come and not a single letter has arrived! A mailbox hung near the public! Why is this attitude to WORK? If people don’t want to work, why, why are they listed?

When will they learn how to deliver mail? By track number already delivered to hand. And I don’t even get a notification month. I came to the post office to find out, but it turns out they sent the parcel back ... how b..i? They handed it to me and sent back delirium. The boss took responsibility, 3 weeks, even if they called. Already 2 packages do not reach.

One girl accepts, other employees are busy with sorting, issuing, etc. At the same time, the staff is polite and attentive (surprisingly😊) There is progress towards progress, in the hall there is a poster advertising an electronic application from UKRPOSHTA, staff uses scripts in communication. Rebranding begins to gain momentum ..👍
