A nice cosy place with great pies and tasty drinks. It's near my office and I enjoy it a lot.

Fresh desserts and home-made teas with some unusual choices, swift service, loft design and general relaxed vibe. That said, it's not really convenient that some teas could only be ordered by 1000 ml, not less. Overall, great place.
