Price, you order breakfast directly in your room between 17 different tastes. Very good receptionists, lift, open 24/24 hours.

Very excellent room big and clean and very helpful staff

Bad hotel. They cancelled my reservation without telling me. They offer bookings online while the hotel is fully booked just in case someone doesnt show up. You go there and they tell you that your booking is not valid.

6 nights in balcony suite. severe water damage from rain. Portion of ceiling near balcony collapsed. Curtains fell to the ground. Ceiling plaster everywhere. Second leak near electrical box; water everywhere - no staff to clean it. Not one time in 6 days did management contact me with regards to any of these issues. Constant sewer smell in bathroom...TV loses it channel signals; internet is ok "sometimes".....cafes in the area offer wifi. Dark and dingy hallways and stairway. It's on a noisy street with vehicles, bars etc. One restaurant across the street has speakers outside, playing very loud music from 10am until 2-3
