I do not recommend anyone to order something on the website of this store, and in the store itself. We ordered office chairs, on the website the price is 480 UAH, but they call back and say the price is 614 UAH, allegedly "today the price has changed." BUT! Even a day later, the price on the site has not changed, 480 UAH. People are lured for one price, and then the price is “forced” at a higher price. And this despite the fact that the order is not for one chair, but for many pieces. Usually, decent stores give a discount when you order several products, but they don't value customers here, the goal is only to cook and cheat.

I ordered a sofa on 16.11.2020. I should have brought it on December 25, 2020 and I have been waiting for the 3rd month already 😠 no one calls and does not say the reason for the delay. Not a responsible store, I am very pink with him !!!

In general and in general, I am satisfied with everything. Was their client several times. We bought a sofa, a baby bed, 2 computer chairs and a computer desk in several runs, and all the times were satisfied with the price and service. There is a targeted delivery to the entrance. On the floor - this is separately with the movers, if required. The only disadvantage of delivery is that it is carried out within a specified day, and not at a specific time. Sales areas are conveniently divided by types of furniture.

I ordered a sliding wardrobe, I was satisfied with the work of the store, I took it out myself, they helped with loading at the warehouse, a competent assembler assembled the wardrobe, installed and adjusted everything, in general, I am very pleased. When unpacking, a damaged part was found, the store changed at its own expense and on time. Thanks.

Not satisfied - it's nothing to say !!! We are just outraged by this attitude towards customers! We ordered a bed, gave a deposit - almost 80% of its value and ...... waited a month !!! It turned out that our bed was stuck somewhere in the New Post Office, and if we had not applied, we probably would have waited so much longer. People who work in this organization are incompetent and do not value their reputation! We will not come here again and we will not advise others !!!
