Often we take coffee and sweets here, sometimes we sit and drink coffee in an establishment. Great location, almost in the city center. It's not cheap here. Nice interior. At home we buy cookies and meringue-triangles, these triangles were frankly not fresh a couple of times. We have a discount card, but on my last visit, the discount was not carried out, since the card was in the photo (one card for two with my husband), no one is no longer a problem with the card in the photo or in the application ... they apparently do not know about it🤷

We have been using the services of this cafe for a long time and were pleased with everything. But yesterday I got my fly in the ointment. I collected checks to be exchanged for a discount card, and when asked to exchange, they said that new cards were not issued. From the side of the institution, it is somehow not very beautiful. We often go to this place. Always bought delicious fresh cakes. We went in today to buy a cake to go. They asked if they were fresh, they answered that today but it turned out that not even yesterday. It's not even about the money wasted, but about the attitude towards regular customers!
