Not only did they confuse the recording, but then they call and ask whether she left in her jacket or not !!! How did it happen?! Guys, I made an appointment with you in advance for an ultrasound scan of the pelvis, drove through the whole city ... On the appointed day and hour I come, and they say to me: ultrasound of the thyroid gland? After they call back, I think they want to apologize, but no. They ask, you definitely left in your jacket. I say watch the cameras !!! In short, I do not recommend it. Extremely unprofessional staff.

I came to the appointment for 2 days in a row, the first day I had to wait and I left without waiting for the doctor. I made an appointment for the next day and asked to be more punctual (the child is 3 weeks old, cannot wait for her mother for hours yet), on the day of the appointment they called to find out if I would be, I confirmed that I would be on time and if the appointment moved, I asked to report. What do you think? She came, sold and left again with nothing. The terminal also doesn't work. Don't waste time, look for other options ...

In general, I am pleased that I turned to the Sanatio Clinic. I liked the doctor Ryabets Dmitry Nikolaevich. Explains everything, answers questions and does not intimidate. I was glad that I had the operation on the same day. It is very convenient for nonresidents. The doctor is in touch from early morning until late at night. Helps over the phone. Operation was successfully completed. However, I was very upset that the clinic gave me a list of medications that they advised me to buy before the operation, and they didn't say a word that some might not be needed. The list contained more than needed drugs and drugs "just in case." They could be bought if needed. As a result, drugs in the amount of UAH 800 turned out to be redundant.

The owner of the clinic, Alexander, ordered a certain service ... after fulfilling all the conditions according to the contract, he had to pay for the work done, but Alexander does not pick up the phone and does not get in touch at all !!! I would never have thought that 1000 UAH. will be more expensive than the reputation of the person and the Sanatorium clinic in general, which is represented by this person! I do not recommend anyone to cooperate with the owner of this company (((
