An unfinished building. It's even worse inside than outside. In addition, there is a billiards bar on the ground floor. The stench of cigarette smoke through which athletes and children pass. The entrance is dark and with broken steps, metal corners stick out and tiles are falling from the threshold. There is no hot water, the bathrooms smell bad, the landlord hands everything over to those who rent the halls. In a word - everything is a blunder. If not for the section of my child, I would never want to come here again and again.
