ibis Styles Lviv Center

It’s a typical Ibis, so you know what you get, nice location, soundproofing, all things are of a decent quality and feel new, but the management is what surprised me a lot. I spent there 3 nights and NEVER my room was cleaned, towels replaced and trash taken out. Really, guys? I heard this is kind of a must when you call yourself a hotel? They don’t even have a “please clean my room” door badge. Next thing: my shower was leaking through the glass door, after the first night I reached out to the reception, they assured me it was “fixed”. In fact, they just cleaned up the water, and for the rest of my stay I had to deal with a flood and a mess inside the bathroom. Don’t even mention filthy stains on the carpet. Expected something nicer from this hotel chain.

Stylish hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good and rooms are spacious and new. Close to everything in the old town.

We did have a lovely room with a view on the 4th floor and 2 large windows right from top to bottom. The small window could not open as it was secured. Anyways, we enjoyed our prolonged weekend there, the bathroom was fab too, only water got out when using the shower, the shower head had a leakage, and one bedside lamp was not working, could be checked on and get maintained. Yummy Italian restaurant on the ground floor, all to hand in the old town quarter. ☺

Really great hotel with wonderful staff and great location- walking distance from most of Lviv's attractions. Delicious breakfast, comfy beds and very helpful staff:)

Very nice modern "style" hotel. Though the rooms are not very large they are comfortable and efficiently equipped. The personnel was very friendly (which is typical for Lviv and the whole area) and helpful. I had an early flight and even without asking a lunch box was offered which tuned out to be really good.
