The doctors are great, but the front desk staff spoils everything. 1. It takes too long to fill in the questionnaire over the phone when making an appointment with a doctor. The patient's card can be filled out while waiting for a doctor's appointment. 2. The administrator did not give the opportunity to read a document other than consent to the processing of personal data, citing the fact that in a hurry. Why should customers trust you and you don't? 3. The receptionist announces the name and surname in the presence of other patients. Article 286. guarantees me the secrecy of the fact of seeking medical care. I hope that this review will help the management of the institution, or if it is part of the corporate culture, then so be it. P.S. It is somehow wrong to smile and wish good for a citizen.

Recommend!!! Passed the test PRC covid-19 On Saturday morning I passed it, on Sunday at 11:00 I gave the result !!! The price was the best in Lviv, but this was not even the most important thing for me, the speed and quality of service were more important !!! Sunday is a day off, but tests show that it is very good. The quality of customer service is excellent !!! The test with translation into English was sent to the post office and the original was handed over !!! Thank you "Salutas" and wish you success !!!

A very friendly atmosphere. Service fast and efficient. I needed a result as soon as possible and even though I was late, the staff took my need into account and did a test, the results of which I got exactly at the scheduled time. I highly recommend it! Very fast and friendly service. Staff let me to get tested PCR although it was too late that day because I was in hurry to have results. I recommend a lot!

I am very pleased with the work of the Salutas Medical Center !!! 9.01.2021 I took a PCR test for covid-19. I called, they answered quickly, they signed up for the test quickly. I was in roaming, the workers quickly contacted me via Viber (so that I could save money), for which a special thank you !!! The price is very good !!! Service and compliance with sanitary standards at a high level !!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my personal experience with the medical center. I recommend to all!!!
