Very good service overall, there's too much of people waiting in queues for Polish and Czech visa's. But since I had a prior appointment I was let in, the place is huge. The bank queues are fine and the staff are very courteous in helping out with the right documents for visa. There is also a coffee machine, in case you need some caffeine and all other basic amenities. There is also an insurance agent. Overall, a very recommended place if you have prior appointment, if not you will have problems waiting outside in Queue especially during winter when it is unbearable.

Just horrible. Absolutely do not pay for courier service. Its been six days since my passport was handed over and I still do not know where my passport is. And no one seems to care or want to be bothered to do something about it. Instead they sent me on a wild goose chase to a far address that happens to be someone's private house. I really wish I had read all these horrific stories before paying for courier. In time is a useless courrier service.

Dont waste your time here. We had an “appointment” at 9:30 am and were told a worker would help us fill out The application. Infact, they would only accept our documents at 9:30. We waited 1 hour more for The service We paid extra for (application assistance). There was a mistake on it and they told us we'd have to wait 3 more hours to do it again and workers were rude. After all that we had to wait again Just for the biometrics scan. Our“ appointment”was over 4 hours When finished. Better to do This yourself! Fill out the app online and only come here for biometrics!

If there were - 5 stars for the recommendation, I would put -6. An office where no one knows anything. The hotline does not answer !!! Why those phone numbers, if the answers are zero !!! Sent her documents by mail 22.01.21 23.01.21 they were received at the New Post Office. On February 10, 21, the visa application was received by the Visa Application Center. What? Where have my documents been so far? !! All these three weeks I communicated exclusively in chat. No phone numbers are answered. When asked how much time should pass from the moment the documents are received at the visa center to the time when they will be processed, they answered that there are no such deadlines. That is, the documents may fall to the dust for an unknown amount of time. For the services of the visa center (those five minutes that need to be given to documents) is paid 480 UAH !!! So provide those services finally !!!!! And what is the constant cause of "a large influx of people." There used to be such an influx, but there was no such madness. Involve more people and finally do your job !!! I'm afraid that while I am given a visa, I will have to look for a new job, because the employer will not want to wait until I know when I will get a visa.
