According to my recommendations, a friend ordered a large bouquet of chrysanthemums, agreed on a variety of flowers (it was important), paid and waited for delivery. And you know, there was an effect of "expectation -reality". Large bouquet, good packaging, and on the edges in some places a completely different variety, which is very different. It wasn't even a mix, but just "squeezing" a couple of branches of another variety, because, apparently, the right variety was not enough. Although the correspondence stated that exactly 26 branches of the same variety were needed, we were told that it would be enough. Reported at least that such situation, would take less flowers, or mixed 50/50. But no, unfortunately. And it didn't look like much. To put it mildly, not very much. The birthday girl in an unpleasant shock. I do not recommend. P.S Otrtmala feedback, the situation is resolved. In the future, I hope everything will be fine.

Arrived at the store on February 13 at 20:30 to order two bouquets of tulips, agreed with the florist for color, quantity, and packaging, and that the bouquets I will pick up at 02:00. I arrive at 02:47 in the store for bouquets, and in response I hear: "Oh, and they are not ready, we do not know how it turned out" is all I heard, no apologies, etc ... how can you not make an order at because everything was paid for even later arrived. There was also another story with the number of roses, I ordered 19 and gave 16, and I already saw this when I gave as a gift and was 35 km from Lviv.

The best supermarket of flowers. Flowers are always in great shape, the staff is competent and friendly. Bouquets are made quickly and very stylishly packaged. Good prices, convenient store locations. I will order more :) I do not understand people who write bad reviews about the freshness of flowers or service. People, you need to learn to take care of flowers and everything will be okay. If you don't like it, buy it elsewhere, pay for the bouquet not 700, but 2 thousand hryvnias. I have everything, thank you.
