Good evening to all who read reviews before going to this or that clinic (as I do it) I want to thank Novoderm for the real professional in the clinic it is Maksimovich Ruslana Yaroslavovna it is the Doctor the therapist who put me on my feet in 2 months, and by that time I was just desperate for doctors, (I suffered since 2011) I had a lot of health problems, I even measured my problems, I thought it would always be so, and that there is no way out but read reviews about this hospital and set out to try one last time, and everything turned out all super I'm healthy and I'm happy, the doctor was always in touch and I could always write a call, which is more nice when the doctor himself writes asking how feeling it is very nice. "Treated" skin rashes. I will describe my experience. Appointed a course of peels + ointment in daily care, instead of FIRST looking at the tests, with which I actually came to the dermatologist (not a cosmetologist !!!). After a course of so-called treatment, when the result was questionable, the dermatologist asked, "Did you check the liver and pancreas?" "What?" And why didn't you send me for an examination at first, instead "smuggled" me your cosmetic NOT CHEAP services ?! Not only that, I came to the first reception with tests that no one even noticed. And why ?. As a bonus to all this, I also got pigmentation, because "doctors" assured that 20 SpF is enough to protect the skin after acid peels in the summer. Probably here and would appoint another course now to eliminate pigmentation. ATP, Novoderm, never again.

There are no words about the doctor Dyakunchak from NOVODERM🤦 twice she had the same thing twice☝️ I have never had such an unpleasant and tactless visit to the gynecologist !!! ! first asks to undress and get out of the chair, then remembers that she is not ready yet because she did not take the tool, leaves you, runs somewhere, returns, asks inappropriate questions, asks about the weather, answers phone calls to girlfriends, laughs, asks how they walked there? ???))))) you listen to all this lying in a chair !!!!! Finally she remembers that you are in the office, hangs up 🤨 washes her hands and blah blah ... you lie all this time (ours? ??) finally adjusts, it hurts to insert the tool, that's very straight !!! And it shouldn't be like that !!! ☝️😳☝️But that's not all, you go out, give a lot of money (800-900 UAH), and then you still have to remind her for three days that you need to know the results !!!! In short, do not go girls in the new dermis !!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the consultation of a dermatologist Ginka Mariana. The diagnosis was made with the words: "I think so", and a simple examination, no dermatoscope, even if deomatoscopy is not included in the price of the consultation, it could be offered because under the dermatoscope was placed another diagnosis and treatment that helped. The consultation lasted 5 minutes and this piece of paper with treatment, without explanation, no advisory opinion, nothing, the doctor just worried that I came again for a re-consultation. The clinic itself is very nice and pleasant reception, but when you you come to a private clinic, you expect a certain attitude from the doctor, not a consultation for 5 minutes and misdiagnosis and treatment ((((
