I had to climb to my room on third floor with two pieces of luggage using stairs (elevator doesn't come to all parts of the building), and there was no staff to help me. Room smelled with canalization, and was literary tiny. Breakfasts are good, same is location ( no other hotel as close to railway station)

Near the city center. Cosy rooms, good staff.

Nice staff. Nice room. Don't accept the rooms near the road. They vibrate when the trams pass.

Quite different from Reikartz Medieval - much smaller rooms, not that far from railway station. So I find it overpriced as you don’t get the same service as in this chain

We planned to have a drink and then to enjoy dinner in this restaurant. Unfortunately the menu and beverages card is not fiable. Actually among the beers proposed only one is avalaible. The staff is young and looked a little bit amateur. We decided to have only one beer and we moved away for the dinner.
