Family Stay in Lviv

I want to duplicate my review with Booking. They lived in the apartments in February 2020. First, we would like to express our gratitude for the owners' trust, since we were staying in the apartment on our own - Sergey left instructions on where and how to pick up the key, and also asked to leave the payment when we were leaving. So we did not see the master, the connection was maintained through Viber)) The apartment is wonderful - everything fits like a photo. This is an Austrian building with a high ceiling (probably more than 3.5 m). The rise to the 2nd floor is a bit steep since the stairs are very old and wooden, screwed. However, this did not cause us any discomfort. You just have to carefully and slowly climb / descend. The apartment has all the conveniences for a short stay, even the bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, hand cream, cotton swabs and disks and more. Very cool water pressure, nice to bathe)) The apartment has an automatic gas column, everything is pre-adjusted - just turn on the water and use. Great bedroom with a comfortable bed, really liked the large wardrobe - there are so many things to fit in there) The room has a soft sofa and TV, you can watch anything (enough channels) or insert a flash drive with your movies. The kitchen is a little small but functional, the set of utensils is minimal (1 pan, 1 pan, plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, etc.). I would like to point out some special points about the apartment (they were not a drawback for us, but future residents should keep them in mind): 1) the building is cold in itself. There are blankets and a heater for it to be warmer, but barefoot is cold on the floor to walk - slippers or warm socks are needed)) The owner also gives instructions on how to adjust the batteries. 2) not enough sockets. We were two, but at the same time charging 2 phones, Powerbank and tablet were not enough. We found a way out of the situation, but still we would like at least 1-2 sockets more - just buy an extension cord for 3-5 sockets)) 3) there are no dark curtains on windows (there is only tulle).

Very nice and cozy apartment. There is everything you need for life. Close to downtown and all entertainment locations ...

Liked it a lot. It all started with a quest. It was necessary to find the entrance to the apartment, then to find the safe from which to remove the key. The apartment is very clean, comfortable to stay. There is tea and coffee. I recommend.

My husband and I ideally suited this apartment. We stayed here before going to Prague earlier this month. Close to the station and close to the city center. The apartment is very well renovated, has everything you need. Very clean! Despite the fact that the house is located on a noisy street, the apartment is quiet. Thanks again to Sergey and wish him good customers.

Good option. Great communication with the owner. Apartment completely renovated. Zone between the station and the center. Bars, shops, banks, supermarkets in the area. Excellent quality / price
