She treated her child's teeth under anesthesia in October. I wanted to see the quality of the work after a while. And now it's time to write a review. I'll start with the good: - Three months have passed and not one problem with the teeth, my daughter was given teeth under anesthesia (gas anesthesia, 4 hours, 9 teeth), they even found hidden caries. We were satisfied with the quality of Luminitsa's work. - modern technologies and methods, all the necessary equipment and new equipment, - an anastasiologist from God! Competent, patient, attentive, answered all questions and concerns. I am very pleased with him as a person and as a doctor. Softened all the flaws. - nice secretary and Luminaries, they answered all my questions that were heard several times. But the family is not without freaks !!!! About bad ... - a very unpleasant person, incompetent, not a professional, a certain Orthodontist. Lord save and protect. - communication with the client (if any comments or wishes) are not correct, boorish, so you cannot talk to the client. - service in the form: gave the child clean, returned the face in blood, the blouse is dirty, the face is smeared with preparations. There is nowhere to sit after the operation, and all the owners there obscenely escorted us out of the office during quarantine. - while I was waiting for the child, there were two complaints from dissatisfied customers. (like we already come 5 times, we piled the money off, and the tooth hurts) - some staff cheats for money and this is very noticeable - not attentive attitude to the client. Will I return to this clinic - No. My assessments: the work of Luminitsa 5, anastasiologist 5, prices 4 (we were satisfied), communication service staff 1.

Orthodontist Svetlana Khavylova is the most incompetent "doctor" I have ever met. It hurt me and my baby! After that, I had to wear braces for two years. A complete psycho-fall with outbursts of anger, a rotten man from the roots, a market family villager and a hypocrite who thinks that patients are just bags of money and that it is the duty of every dentist to divorce people. Shame, think that people have eyes and other dentists and orthodontists, unlike you, are competent, they see your "hard work"!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND: Fox Luminica Absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible and unethical behavior of the "doctor". Asked for advice and good feedback, but here's what I got: - The doctor did not do enough research before resealing the canal, which caused acute inflammation - on my complaint of severe pain (before the weekend) prescribed 2 packets of Nimesil, which did not help, and for 2 hours the pain intensified - consulting with Luminitsa on the phone, she advised to drink another "SOME painkiller" (without advising which ..). The doctor couldn't take me (because it's a weekend !!! and it doesn't take into account the moment that I came during working hours and asked to anticipate it)… so I had to decide which painkiller to drink myself…. at the same time I was afraid to overdose, because the pain lasted all day and nothing helped. The pain lasted all night, I had to look for other doctors who prescribed stronger painkillers and antibiotics. - at my request to come on Sunday, she replied “okay, I will come, but in the afternoon… because I have to go to church” (pay attention to priorities) - The pain was unbearable, I suffered a lot all night, and only in the morning I managed to agree that another doctor would see me in this clinic. I am grateful to Yulia Pelyak, because she unsealed the canal and cleaned it, as well as carried out further treatment. Luminica's mistake cost me acute inflammation, sinusitis, great stress, a spoiled vacation and a terrible mood for my birthday, and the additional cost of medication. It is sad that the doctor was not able to correctly diagnose the situation before the filling, and even sadder how she reacted to solving the problem she created. I am currently continuing treatment at another clinic. P.S. note that the doctors of this clinic write good reviews for themselves and put 5 stars. # taitake

I have never seen such a seal that fell for the first time in my life, I have a seal that is more than 15 years old, and it is still free from the children's clinic and all the other seals that were put in another clinic on the spot and in perfect condition, although it has already passed from 5 years and more from the moment of installation. And here the rude attitude to people and not only to me, but also to other people. Unfortunately, I had to watch how rudely they talked to everyone there. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to visit this clinic because they play sports teeth, do not supply quality fillings, rude and still make a lot of money for it !!!
