The park is not maintained. Just good to watch "dark" side of the life from safe distance

A creepy, but enjoyable place for a little hangout in the evening. Reminds me of the last level of the videogame 'Hitman: Codename 47'.

Very nice place, with lots of greens including trees, lawns, plants, a very nice and useful place to relax on a bench in the middle of this green

The place gives chills. Definitely recommend against walking here in the night. Except for it - the park itself is quite decent, the buildings, if you consider the fact they've been actively used for last couple decades, are in nice shape. The park has this Soviet retro feeling to it
