Sellers are incompetent !!! We took a shower tray, we were advised to immediately take a siphon to it, the seller for about 10 minutes understood the size of the siphon that would fit, bought, began to install - the size of the siphon did not fit 🤦 Well, how so? Why spend time on all sorts of returns, go to you again, if you can immediately sell a normal and correct size? Train your employees because it's not a job ...

The service is useless. Did not deliver the order on the agreed date and time. The worst thing is that they did not call back or warn. I'm wondering when they are going to deliver now. And if I had a master ordered, then who would simply pay?
