Patience

The one post office where I've never heard anyone yelling. I always pay my utilities here, even if I live closer to other post offices.

Rude people, terrible service

Like what a change. Sometimes you come in - the rocket is decorated, friendly and polite. And there is not something that is slow, even rude in the same place. Or: -Woman, learn to speak. - says the older lady, who made a mistake in my last name and patronymic of the recipient. Okay, last name. It happens. And to write competently like a father - you do not need a musical ear, and knowledge of spelling. When I see that the queue is moving too little, the operator grumbles - I turn around and leave. Save time and nerves. Fortunately, I can afford to come in another day. Another advantage - usually very clean in the department.
