Today I came to receive a parcel from China instead of my wife because she is ill in the 19th branch of Ukrposhta in Lviv, st. Zamarstynivska 30. When I entered the office, I stood in line according to the parcel receipt, but I was told to go to another window where several people were standing in front of me. All of them received parcels showing photo documents on the phone (not the original and not in the ACTION application). When I approached I was told that I could not receive the parcel even with my wife's ID card, a screenshot of the SMS. Then the female cameraman went crazy and sat down another man but even more rude to me. When the wife sent a photo of the marriage certificate, he was also unable to see a clear photo of the marriage certificate. I understand that my husband has glasses and poor eyesight, but not so much? Why is there no such information in the message that a marriage certificate is required to receive the parcel? Why did some people show photos of documents on the phone and other rules for other clients? Also in this department, employees do not wear masks and do not follow anti-virus security. If you look at the reviews on google maps, it seems that the head of the department just sneezes at the quality of work of this department. I believe that the head of this department should be fired !!!

I get purchases here from aliexpress, if you come after 17:00 then in most cases there is no queue (to the window of parcels) and they are issued quickly enough !!! The only thing is when there is no track, no messages come to the mailbox or the phone and the parcels go back safely to China, and the store refuses to return the money. Therefore it is necessary to run and ask whether nothing came well or to guess on cards) Communal here I do not pay and I do not send anything therefore I cannot tell anything about these services.

Called from the Ukrainian post office, asked to pick up the order, which I ordered at home. Asked where they work, they said from 8, half an hour knocking on the door, they sit in the room and do not open. Even writing on the door and saying on the phone that you are 8, as it is not. Why should people waste their time ?!
