Terrible service! I was called and told that the parcel had arrived, I came to pick it up. They couldn't find anything by the parcel number, they also refused to look by phone number, address and surname. "Come tomorrow, walk in the door on the other side of the building." In 2021, busy people are not ready to spend 2 days padding the thresholds of your mail to pick up your parcel because of such a meager service. My parcel was not found, nothing was helped. The department was also not famous for its politeness. An older lady and her little granddaughter were standing in line next to me. My son-in-law came to pick up the parcel, she had his passport with her. She was also rude, saying that she still had to have evidence of kinship. It is time to finally learn to live "in step" with the modern world and arm ourselves with a minimal culture. Not to mention customer focus.
