Great lines with no end. No separate personal just to pick up the parcel. It doesn’t feel like they are happy to see you as a customer. The only person (I think his name is Dmytro), working on the delivery side (doors nearby) was a great help! I hope it’s only me unlucky that day but Ukrposhta, please start taking care of your people (teach them about customer service attitude and practises). They’re your greatest asset!

If possible, avoid using the services of this branch. There are always queues, sometimes you can wait 50 minutes in line. Queues are mainly caused by "active" employees, who not only clarify the same information several times, but are also not very good with computers, and it would seem that a few pegs that take a maximum of 1 minute turn into eternity. I am also surprised that quite often, in moments when there is a large crowd, only one window works. "Customer orientation" above all. I'm scared when someone wants to send a parcel by Ukrposhta :)

Disgusting branch. The rude STAFF. They look for parcels for a long time, they do not make concessions, there is no human attitude towards visitors. They do not know how to use the application ДІЯ. They have been looking for international parcels for a long time, as if there are a million of them. I already complained about this department two years ago, they told me that they would take notes and correct, but nothing has changed.

This is terrible. Saturday 09:39..division of delivery of parcels..then go there..then to other doors.. parcels give out in various "doors" .. serves a girl with a ponytail alone.
