I change my assessment due to unprofessional organization of work. In the middle of the day, at lunchtime, the post office decided to change computers. And instead of warning a dozen people lining up at once, workers posted a warning about a technical break after an hour of waiting. Disrespect for people's personal time, non-compliance with quarantine regulations (workers walked around the room and shouted without masks) and sometimes taking breaks, especially during rush hour. Horror. How should I pick up my parcel if it is stored at the post office for 3 days and I am only able to find an hour among the working hours per day. And as a result to stand in line this hour?

I just go to send and receive parcels. Until there were queues (from the force of 1-2 people in front of me). Employees are very polite, quickly draw up / issue shipments. I was reminded a couple of times that if I have a Mono card and pay for UE services with it, there will be 10% cashback on the card 😀

Employees serve without protective masks, payment for the parcel was possible only by card, cash was not accepted. Of the pleasant only low rates.

If you have precious time and you do not want to stand in line for 2 hours to pick up the parcel, then you to the new post office. If you look at the new logo of Ukrposhta and think that with the change of the wrapper the employees and their attitude to customers have changed, you are wrong. The employees here are people with a crisis of middle age, I think what is their attitude to customers, you guessed it.
