Once again, I am convinced of the irresponsible attitude of the employees of this department to everything and everyone. The site states that on Saturday the branch is open until 16:00. Haha! Arriving at the office, at 15:40 I saw the door closed! There were a lot of incidents in this office, the employees seem to be changing, and the traditions are unchanged!

In this department violate the work schedule! On the official website of Ukrposhta, the working hours on Saturday from 8.00 to 16.00 are indicated, in fact, at 15.00 the employees of the branch no longer accept! I appealed to the cool center to influence the situation, after a while I will be sure to clarify whether this issue has been resolved. The cashier does not carefully record the data, did not correctly indicate the name and method of delivery, everything must be carefully checked.

After the release of a couple of completely rude virgins, the service became excellent.

In my own experience, I can say that in most companies, if it takes time to turn on the equipment and organize the workplace, employees usually come to work half an hour earlier to start their duties on time. Unfortunately, this does not apply to this place. I came to the office at 8:00, when it seemed that it should be working, but I was told that I had to wait until 8:30 - 9:00 because they still had to clean and move the equipment. Due to this problem, I was not able to pick up an important parcel that I personally need to work.

The disgusting work of the operators, the lowest level of service and the operators instead of help and tips are rude to customers. Until Ng 2020 everything was fine more or less, but it was with past workers - as soon as a new shift came, everything turned into a scoop again! If Ukr Post is trying to reach a new level, it is necessary to drive such workers to the neck !!! But you need to change something for sure - the new advertising company does not correspond to reality !!!
