Rude people, inconvenient hours, late notifications

Bad parcel service. Most of them are very rude. Only some particular women there are helpful.

I always come here at the end of the day, after work. It is pleasantly surprised that the staff is polite and calm. I like everything, nice atmosphere and new renovation. Fast and high-quality design.

Terrible and boorish attitude to customers, the impression that all the negativity gathered in this department. Even one star is a pity

In the evening, when everyone is just returning from work / study, it's their turn to receive, send and pay for utilities. How to understand this? When will the state post office become normal?
