I want to write that just the staff of this department is normal there) you were not in other branches of Ukrposhta, probably who writes about boorish attitude. Queues happen - Yes. But as everywhere. As in the New Mail, as anywhere. For patience in the service of some characters, near which stood in line more than once, the employees of this department need both a bonus and a vacation). For such a salary, they do a very good job.

Ukrposhta's reform affected this branch. The queue is moving much faster. The staff has been rejuvenated a bit and now they are friendly and polite. There are terminals for payment. What can be improved - the division into rooms depending on the sending country is a little confusing. Also, the division of the queue into those who make payments and those who came for parcels is not obvious

Today I visited P / V 79020. You can make claims to the premises, but not to the staff. Nice, polite staff, although I bothered them a bit. Special thanks to the young man who served me at the box office.

I have been using the services of this department for the third year. There are almost no complaints. The staff was never rude to me, maybe I was lucky to be on a polite shift. There are queues, but mostly on the fourth weekday. The only drawback I noticed is the late sending of the notification of receipt of the parcel or its complete absence

I would put 0 if it were possible .. The attitude of employees is simply absent, I have nowhere to leave a complaint, I call the hotline but I can not go directly to the operator, it's just awful in short. There was a case when I was refused to issue my parcel because the identification of my person through the application Action is not accepted! How so? When is the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 15, 2020 on the regulations for the use of digital documents! I was still given a parcel, but they emphasized that I should carry the original with me! Next, today I took the next parcel and there were always 2 queues, one for emergency service to receive! Today there was 1 queue and when I approached the employee and politely asked if they still have 2 queues? I was just given my order and did not want to answer the question, they say go for a walk! These are just inadequate employees !! Of course, the answer was given to me that they have different things that it all depends on who is on duty! Please deal with the situation because my patience will run out and I will start to respond to them so that it almost seems !!
