I do not advise anyone to come here. Terrible service. Scoop in all its glory. In order to simply pick up one small parcel from China, you need to stand in line for 40 minutes. The work schedule is as they please. On the site, the door says "without a break". In reality, you come to the office, and they have lunch, sit and wait until someone appears. The contact phone number in order to clarify the information about the parcel simply does not exist here, "it was turned off". There is no way to call here. In order to find out at least some information, you need to come here in person. Although you can call back even at 9 pm, from an unknown number and say why you do not pick up the parcel. The style of Ukrposhta has been updated, and the staff still lives in the scoop. Terrible, just awful.

Terrible department! The parcel department lost the parcel, promised to find it for a month and all in vain. They also work according to the schedule they came up with. The answer to any question is "I don't know". The more there is no foot, the better I will keep my nerves!
