Не можу сказати об'єктивну думку про увесь салон комплексно (бо не користувалася іншими послугами, крім косметології), але дерматокосметолог Софія - це професіонал своєї справи, з яким мені дуже пощастило! Від вересня 2019 року я постійний пацієнт :) Моя шкіра зараз - це щось космічне і нереальне, порівняно з тим, з чим я прийшла сюди вперше! Жодних "гадань" - все чітко по протоколам лікування, з правильними аналізами і повним супроводом та наглядом. Результат я бачу кожного дня у дзеркалі, за що безмежно вдячна! Сподіваюся, мій відгук комусь допоможе :) як колись допомогла мені рекомендація прийти у цей салон саме до Софії. Якщо про враження від салону, то можу сказати хіба наступне - одне задоволення приходити сюди: завжди привітні адміністратори, дотримання усіх карантинних норм, та і загально відчувається приязнь до клієнта :)

Those who write that a good massage is here have probably never had a good massage. I was presented with a certificate to this studio, I had 4 massages - 2 dorsal and 2 neck. Unfortunately, after no "massage" (stroking the skin, rubbing oil and tingling - that's what a massage is here), I did NOT feel ANY effect, such as after massages by professional masseurs, when you feel that the back is really relaxed, the neck is like air. There was nothing like that here, and it is not surprising, because what is called massage here is difficult to call massage as such. According to the administrator, the massages last 30 minutes (I asked twice whether the back massage and neck massage will be 30 minutes, the administrator confidently said - yes!). In fact - back massages last for 20 minutes, but neck massages - for 10 (today is just a special time). After 2 back massages and stroking the skin, I decided to try a neck massage (as I complained to the master that this area bothers me, and professional masseurs pay special attention to the disturbing area when massaging ... but not here!). She came, lay down, master Martha begins a massage ... back. I thought, maybe it warms up so much, now it will move to the neck area. But no. Despite the fact that when I went into her room, I immediately said that today is the collar area. The master quickly stopped massaging his back, and gave 5 minutes to the neck area. Everything, the massage is over :) When I asked the administrator (not the master, because she immediately ran away from the room after the massage) what was the matter - she just looked at me. When I asked again, hoping that maybe I was not heard, the administrator just got up to hand me a coat :) Well, today, the massage of the neck area lasted exactly 10 minutes. I still have money from the certificate, and I thought that if I like it, I will continue to go for a massage, it is convenient that it is close to home, but of course, I will not return. UPD: A few weeks after writing this review, I was contacted from the salon with an apology and a refund. Thank you for your understanding and approach to the client!

Very cozy, delicious coffee. I cut the ends, then the hair grew quickly, the light hand of the master👍 Very satisfied with the master of massage, after childbirth she had problems with her back and neck, after the first massage she felt better. And after the course I forgot about any problems at all. Another huge plus is security! Especially relevant now. All in masks, give boot covers, no crowds. They take care of your health and safety here🙏

Excellent salon with the appropriate level of service. Went for a massage, very happy. Martha is a master of her craft.

The interior is neat, conveniently located. Employees are reminded of the record in advance. Was on a massage, satisfied. The masseur told about the problem areas and did a good job. I also visit a beautician. So far no comments.
