This clinic is very professional. Everytime I experience a great service from all staff. I recently had a routine cleaning. Huge thanks to Soprano dental office and his team for the time and effort. Fantactic service and friendly staff !

2 stars are not a clinic, but friendly girls at the reception, who create a good mood and explain everything in an accessible way. And so it's not a clinic, but just pumping money. The situation is as follows: the girl had inflammation under the 6th tooth, which passed to the lymph nodes, it was necessary to urgently pull out this tooth and cure the gums. And it happened on Friday, around 5 o'clock. Time is short, all the clinics where we called could take us on Monday-Tuesday, but to endure the pain for another 2 days is not an option. (In addition, the lymph nodes were swollen and had a fever). The only clinic where we were agreed to be admitted on the same day is the Soprano. They pulled out a tooth, put stitches on and told me to come back in a week to have them removed. When asked why the temperature rose, what kind of "hum" on his neck, the dentist did not answer, prescribed antibiotics and sent him home. And now the most interesting part of this wonderful story. A week later, the dentist removes the sutures, says that everything is well healed and you can go home. But the girl has 2 "bumps" on her neck, which did not decrease after a course of antibiotics, and another "bump" below the gum where the tooth was pulled out. When asked what to do, he answers that go to Pekarska (Department of Surgical Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery) will help you there, and then come and we will put an implant. Dear dentist, you are very lucky that I did not hear this wonderful answer, because mine would be even better, albeit with profanity. That is, we paid 3,000 for a tooth extraction, and you could not establish the reasons for this extraction, but instead simply "merged" us into a state clinic, where such an extraction costs UAH 500 + lymph node inflammation is treated there. (We learned all about lymph nodes, inflammation, infection on Pekarska Street, not in one of the "best" dentists in Lviv) And the reason for this wonderful post was that the girl has been called 3 times and asked when she will come to put the implant. Ladies and gentlemen, the answer is: "We will put it where you sent us."

Stylish clinic. She brushed her teeth. Some vague impression. The feeling of non-sterility did not leave me. The doctor smelled of either borscht or cigarettes, he leaned over to me at work, it was unpleasant; The circle takes photos of the teeth before and after - they insert a mirror - so that it is better to see what kind of mirror it is and where it was taken, whether it was disinfected or not, whether someone used it before me - I don't know; after the procedure I was shoved again - not treated 100% after the last time; After the procedure, the doctor told what seals need to be changed, without offering to take a picture, well, I do not know if they can do it in the future; also wrote out what to buy after cleaning at their clinic. I think the clinic is very interested in selling more procedures / products as a condition. The quality of cleaning seems to be good, everything took half an hour 1400 UAH (somewhere, plus or minus). I wouldn't come back, to be honest.

The clinic, where very caring and competent doctors work, is a real professional - Iryna Andriivna and Rostyslav Ihorovych. I always turn to Ms. Iryna when I fly to Lviv. A specialist and a doctor at a reception where you feel as if you have known each other for a long time and you are not afraid of anything - psychological comfort and trust in the dentist are very important to me. Rostislav Igorovich very quickly removed all four 8s, few people consider this procedure pleasant, so it was as pleasant as it is possible in this situation 😅 The staff of the clinic is very attentive and friendly. If you are still looking for a place to check or treat your mouth - here you are!

I have always dreamed of a healthy and beautiful smile, and it is in Soprano that doctors take into account all the factors and wishes of the patient. We did wisdom tooth removal, restoration of front teeth and I am 100% satisfied. I recommend! ♥ ️
