I liked the store, I recently bought an orthopedic mattress Vismar New from Gutenkauf here, for a good price and a good discount. Delivery was quick, everything was delivered in excellent condition, the mattress turned out to be good, its quality is at its best, I shouldn't have bought one before, and it’s so pleasant to sleep and relax on it, you cannot tell. I was satisfied with the purchase, thank you all!

We recently bought a wonderful wooden bed "Agnet" here, the discount was 40%, Karl 40%! Of course, we could not refuse such an offer and immediately bought it. Delivery was fast, everything arrived in excellent condition. The bed was of high quality and comfortable. Thank you very much!

Asked by phone to provide a receipt for payment. I was assured by phone that there would be a check. 3 days pass, they arrive without a check and say that their printer is broken. I called them again to the office, they said that they will be able to bring it in 2 days as soon as possible and they can't do anything

I bought an orthopedic mattress here last week. I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of delivery and the quality of the managers' work, their high qualifications. The purchase was pleasant. The mattress is just great! Thanks to the store for the quality service! I will recommend you!

I do not recommend. On July 16, I ordered a non-standard mattress from them. I realized that it takes some time to manufacture. Agreed delivery date - August 4. Left a deposit. I called them on August 3 and asked about the delivery time (it was stipulated in the order) and when I should come to pay the full cost. On August 4, a salesman called me and said that the mattress was not ready yet, but would be made much later. When I asked about the price reduction due to non-compliance with the deadlines set by the seller in the order, the seller "politely" said that he "heard me". In a few minutes he called and said that the price will not be reduced. Given that the seller immediately agreed to return the deposit for a non-standard size, I realized that the mattress has not started to be made within 20 days of the order.
