The day we arrived in L'viv, which was the Sunday of the Independence Day weekend, I had to find medical services for my son whose eye was infected. The name American Medical Centers caught my eye as I hoped to find a well-reputed chain instead of blindly going to a local doctor. The service exceeded my expectations. From the moment they answered the phone at the call centre, to the heartwarming farewell we got from the doctor and receptionist, our experience was excellent. The receptionist/administrator was very professional and knew exactly what to do with the insurance process. Dr. Kovalska was exceptional. Even though we spoke Ukrainian, she would sometimes switch to her (perfect) English to speak to my son who has special needs and finds it easier to communicate that way. She easily diagnosed him and had him on his medication immediately. The entire process was pleasant and efficient, and the location was convenient to the city centre where we were staying. Highly recommended should you have the need for medical services in L'viv.
