One star for this hotel because it has the cheapest possible beds That break your back. We’re talking prison level comfort. Avoid if possible!

Wonderful reception and concierge, generally all of the staff is very friendly and helpful, English friendly too. We only had breakfast in their cafe and I have no complaints, everything is served fresh (not buffet). The room could use a little more work, isn’t very cozy. Kind of noisy, doesn’t have the best sound isolation, but it’s hard to escape that in the center of the city anyways so nothing too major. Great price for the location, and all around we had an exceptional stay, and will be back next time we’re in Lviv.

JAM is very close to the heart of the center of Lviv and though it is a quiet and safe location. It provides you with clean room and high quality service and the breakfast and food we have eaten is amazing. I'm I post only the view of our windows and only some of the 20 dishes we have eaten there. Especially the pic of the dishes do not honour enough the talents of the restaurant stuff.

The hotel is in a great location, has a modern, interesting design, the beds are good and it is clean. The minus is the noise. You can hear very well through the walls. On my first night the neighbours were watching TV all night and on the other night people were talking, laughing, crying on the hall up to 4AM. Only FYI, the dining room in the basement is a bit cold and dark.

I believe this is the best hotel for budget stay in the city center. Clean rooms, great service.
