Despite information via Booking.com, they do not return money for booking cancellation. At the time of booking, they were prohibited to take guest, and service cannot be done. But they refuse to give the money back. Hostel have sent information, that it is possible to do full refund due to Covid, but no refund was done. Before booking/reservation contact was very good in English, but after refund request, there is lack of response for 2 months. They have responded in Ukrainian just after chargeback :/ Please be carefull while doing payments via their suggested payment methods - it is not coincidence that they not accept direct payments through Booking.com, nor credit card.

Pluses: - Great location, right in the center of Lviv. - Cheap price - $6 per night for 12 bed mixed room. - Fairly clean. - Stuff is friendly. - Has cornice so you will have some kind of privacy. - Locker is available. Minuses: 1. Located on the third floor with no elevator(not a big deal for me at all, but for some might be). 2. The interior of the building and hostel itself is fairly old(wasnt a problem for me). 3. The contingent of people was a bit weird, dont really know how to explain it, but I wouldn't communicate with them. They have weird sense of humor and mostly over 40. 4. Only one restroom with no sink(it is located in the shower room right next to restroom. However, if someone is taking shower, you would have to wait to wash your hands) 5. They have two showers, but there is only one door to the showers, so realistically only one person can take shower per time. Overall, it might be a good option for someone, who just need a place to crush, take shower, and keep their bags. For a group of people I would definitely recommend taking airbnb, there are amazing options out there in Lviv

The worst hostel i've ever been to. The mold in the bathroom is almost alive, the stink in it makes you sick. Very unpolite staff, the bulding is delapidated, there are holes in the floor, the walls are dirty. Trust me, CHOOSE ANOTHER HOSTEL.

A great place. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff, central location, very affordable. If you have a heavy bag it will cost you a bit of exercise to get upstairs because there is no lift available.

We booked for two days but end-up staying for 4 days because the hostel is located in a central area and staff make sure to keep it clean all the time. Especially OLENKA at check-in is super friendly and very professional in handling all your needs during your stay, she makes sure to greet you in and make good wishes as you leave. You will be excited to see her face everytime you come in. She is an example of the true hospitality of Ukrainian culture.
