Regardless of being highly ranked the service I've received was the most dreadful in the long time, however the food was delicious. Everything was fine till the very moment when I have ordered pasta. Firstly, they brought me different pasta from what I have originally ordered. Secondly, I have waited for crew over 10 minutes to catch them and explain the mistake, and server admitted to me that most likely his computer has lags)) Here starts the most intriguing part of all story, server asked me whether that is such a problem to keep unwanted one with gorgeous 10% off my check. Basically, I asked him to substitute the dish to make me happy that is so simple, isn't it? I have to notice server Andrew crossed all my limits to convince me to remain with the wrong pasta. I told him I am not interested to have any pasta at the end. Well, he left me saying, ``I have got you``. Then I had an unforgettable conversation with manager Natalie who told me we are going to serve your pasta. A moment before that I have refused pasta with no intention of having one. Of course, she made me look like a fool. All the staff has disappeared for 15 minutes. Serving me pasta was an utter disappointment, including pushy tactics to persuade to eat it. Finally, presenting the check, the manager gave me a lavish 0% off since my discount for an hour of complete mess and repetitive mistakes was my pasta which I didn't devour. They have removed the pasta which I didn't eat. Thankfully to the staff I haven't paid for an air. I hope next time they will learn how to communicate with guests, managing questions instead of creating problems. It blew my mind. ``Thank you``, Server - Андрій Manager - Наталія

Really very tasty Pizzas, i like specially red pepper,If you like hot. Should eat that pizza.Prices normal. Not expensive not cheap.

Rude Oh my god. You enter as if it is a perfect place you know, because of the decoration and the ambience. However, prices are not logical as if they are trying to make you pay the decoration. Rudest crew ever. I haven’t experienced this much rudeness in anywhere and it isn’t a customary thing Lviv, it shouldn’t be. Rude, misunderstanding and repetitive attitude are boring the customers. I am disappointed. There are lots of, tons of better places in the city. Go any other place and enjoy your time, don’t visit here while there are other possibilities.

My wife and I are big Red Pepper fans. The food presentation is great, the food tastes great and the service is great. There is a wide variety of food and prices are very reasonable. One of many great restaurants in Lviv!
