I don’t understand why they are paying rent. There are no buyers, and prices will fly away.

Interesting for fans of the Ryan era of shopping, authentic scenery and shop windows. There is a currency exchange, a coffee machine, Chinese fakes, souvenirs and vodka.

3 stars for returning 30 years back to interiors, smells and sounds. Very atmospheric in the spirit of the past era.

Repair is needed, the building is running.
