I ordered piranhas, despite the quarantine and weather conditions from Kharkov to Nikolaev, the fish arrived quickly and without problems. Thermal packaging, double transport bags - everything was thought out at the highest level. The whole fish is whole, active, with a good appetite. Consultation on the regimen and diet of feeding is provided in full. Now I have the coolest and most awaited fish that I could not find. I recommend to everyone and thank Worldfish for giving happiness to aquarists)))

I bought a bunch of neons. since there are a lot of fish in the aquarium, all the details were difficult to see. The first call was that the seller took the fish out of the net with her hands. As a result, during quarantine, I discovered that I had acquired fish with fin rot and ichthyofluoria (semolina), plus in several neons the tail fins were nibbled almost to the base. Several fish died a day later. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Considering that the prices here are above average, I did not expect to receive such a surprise.

I have long wanted to visit this store, and now the opportunity presented itself. At first, the choice fell on some fish, but the seller explained that they would not get along with the ones we already had, and advised a more suitable option. Having chosen fish, we wanted to choose plants, but they turned out to be too tired and the thought of a quarantine basin with plants cooled my ardor for 2 weeks. Arriving home, I quarantined the fish and in the evening, looking at the future inhabitants of the aquarium, replaced the "mold" on the dorsal fin of one fish. I removed her from the rest, now instead of a quick quarantine and flew, I will have to treat the fish from the fungus. The fish itself costs less than the medicine, but it's a pity to drain the live fish into the toilet, and it's not humane to watch it get sick either. So it’s a pity that you are selling sick fish, I don’t think I’ll come to you again. UPD: I brought it in a warm place, adapted it to the temperature of the aquarium, did not feed it, all 4 fish went to quarantine at once, into the same water (others do not have this). UPD: On December 29, 2 out of 4 fish have already gone to another world, one just now, there were no obvious signs of illness, which once again suggests that the store is selling devils that, let's see if the remaining 2 survive to the end of quarantine ...

I do not recommend this store. Terrible service and the quality of the fish keeping is poor.

The store has a negative manager, conflicting and disrespectful customers. If there are any problematic questions with the fish, the client is more likely to get nasty than go to a meeting.
