I went to the "Arsenal" store, which is located on the territory of the "Kredo" shopping center, having bought everything I needed, I went to the exit, passing through the shopping center at the "koffee mood" point of sale, I saw an advertisement for the sale of natural salmon caviar, at a fairly reasonable price (not much cheaper than in local supermarkets). According to the seller, natural caviar is packaged in Sakhalin, Russia. I bought it (120 hryvnia) Having arrived home and opened a jar of caviar, I felt an unpleasant smell from the jar, decided to try caviar and realized that it was not natural caviar, but some kind of sour granulated broth. I turned to the seller on the fact of selling a poor-quality product and to return the money to which I received a negative answer (supposedly I don't understand anything about caviar and that I was raised on synthetic products). I called the police because I didn’t see any other way to punish an unscrupulous seller, the police couldn’t help, they advised me to contact the "State Food Service" and they couldn’t help me there, they said I needed to do an examination of the quality of goods in the Donetsk region, I didn’t do this because it will take a lot of my personal time and money, and it is not clear whether this will give any result. Previously, I bought various goods from "koffee mood" and was satisfied, but with caviar this is the situation.
