Well, how "park"?! ... just a grove. It has nothing to do with the word "park". It is not clear at all why this place got a marker on the maps. Overgrown wasteland, covered with traces of dog walking and "cultural" leisure of the lumpenized strata of the aborigines, in the middle of which sticks out an old abandoned water tower.
