Today, September 20, we treated the child with acute pain, treated the tooth for 5 days, then the child fell ill and did not come to his doctor, they put a temporary filling on us. What I told the doctor on duty. Children are children! they scream and cry! I calmed down as best I could. And it was not a doctor, but not an adequate woman who kicked us out of the office. with the words: GET OUT FROM HERE! she won't heal. REFUSED TO TREAT THE CHILD! if in my power I would have fired her because she does not know how to handle and communicate with clients. THE CHILD WAS NOT TREATED and went home! The doctor on duty must be mentally healthy and understand that children will also come on weekends! I DO NOT RECOMMEND URBAN DENTISTRY!
