I was outraged by the attitude of this center towards its clients. It was recorded in advance for a certain time. Arriving from another city, it turned out that the center was simply closed. The third time they raised the phone and said that the doctor was ill. I have nothing against (we are all human). BUT you need to warn in advance !!!!! Moreover, when recording, they write down the phone number. We couldn't call or write SMS. Administration, pay attention to your employees, otherwise you will simply lose your customers.
