It is a very funny, friendly but smelly, dirty, overcrowded place. You can buy there almost everything. Some products are really in a good price, but the foods, fruits, vegetables are sometimes more expensive then in other special shops in the town. On Monday it has a limited opening, on the other days it prepares to close around 2 pm. You can change money at the market, there is a yellow metal 'box'/hut where you can do it officially. But there is unofficial possibility for changing too.
