The range is good, delivered quickly, everyone is happy. There is a loyalty program. Discount for regular customers. We buy furniture only here

We ordered a living room in Tokyo, made an advance payment, and signed a contract. We waited 2 months. The order was fulfilled on time. There were some minor flaws, but the consultant E. Mosyakina suggested an alternative. I liked it very much. The furniture assembler works for 5+, did everything neatly, installed it evenly, symmetrically. Despite the fact that the furniture is white, the movers delivered it without a single scratch.

In this store, I ran into non-professional store workers (the manager of this store and furniture assemblers). They sell incomplete goods, they are rude to the client and do not want to solve the problems that have arisen with this. I had to spend extra money to assemble kitchen furniture. Arrogant boors and scoundrels. Rotten store and its manager with staff.

Things are good. The staff works efficiently, quickly, and upon consultation they provide comprehensive answers to questions. The assortment is large, I will not be mistaken if I say that everyone who decided to buy furniture will find what they need for themselves. The prices are adequate, moderate, there is a system of discounts, there are delivery and assembly services. 4 stars, most likely, because of their suppliers - they bought furniture, and on one wall (unfortunately on the front side) there was a scratch, which was carelessly covered with some kind of putty (or something resembling it) ... in fairness, it is worth noting that they took it disassembled, in packaging, so that the store staff might simply not know about the defect.
