I signed up for an ultrasound for a week, pre-determined the time, called back for the day, said that the doctor can take it earlier, agreed, was built. I arrived exactly at the appointed time, I wanted to contact the administrator where to go, but she was very enthusiastic talking on the phone. In addition, it is clearly not working hours. About 2 minutes no one paid attention to me! Then I started knocking on the window! Finally, they discovered and informed me that I was late and another person came in front of me !!! And now I need to wait half an hour! I was just in shock. As far as I understand, if the time is set, then in fact the client can count on it. Of course, a delay of 10-15 minutes, can seriously shift the queue and then take the next client, but not in 1-3 minutes !!! We treat with understanding when you signed up for an ultrasound scan, and the doctor still inspects the previous patient and has to wait 10 minutes, but here, apparently, the quality of service and the patient are not a priority!

Horror! 21st century in the yard! Unpleasant communication, complete disinterest! But I just wanted to sign up for an ultrasound scan at a convenient time for me (I have a small child and he has a daytime sleep), for any day! You can't work like that! Take a pleasant administrator at the reception , who knows the schedule of admission and free time! Indeed, how I asked to sleep at her house! As a client, I don't need your "Phi"! I heard good reviews about the devices in the center, I wanted to be examined! but now no, just not there! The biggest the trouble is when people are not in their place! Dear woman / girl answering phone calls, perhaps you are a good specialist in any area, but clearly not communicating with people, give up this business))) the owners do not skimp on a pleasant, competent administrator 😉

Disgusting !!!! Did a second ultrasound during pregnancy and a second screening. Attitudes towards patients are disgusting, by phone they do not explain anything, they are rude. The first screening and ultrasound did not in Severodonetsk, but here I got everything for 400 UAH. more expensive than the first time. The blood test was done for the first time for 2 weeks, and now for 2 days (probably new technologies in Severodonetsk), according to the results of the ultrasound, they NATURALLY said that they need to repeat (well, of course, this is money), although everything is fine. When I wanted to ask what the results of the blood test (written on a crumpled yellow paper for 430 UAH) mean, I was told “how do I know”. And who should know ???? In general, I do not advise anyone!

Apparatus 0.3 Tesla can only detect the presence of brains in the cranium, did an MRI scan, diagnosis: chronic subdural hematoma; I went to Kiev, had an MRI scan on a 3-cell device, I didn’t have any hematoma, there were cysts in my brain that Severodonetsk equipment could not detect due to insufficient power. My advice to you, if you want to do an MRI scan in high quality - go to Kharkov or the capital, otherwise just throw a ton of money down the drain

The attitude is terrible, a woman who is at the box office like a "dog." Even the desire to do something there disappeared. I wanted to do a CT scan of the entire spine, and this is 1900 UAH, in our time, not a little. And here such an attitude, as they say, thanks no longer needed. Like this!!!.
