The doctor is competent, just fine!
Minus the clinic: I came for an ultrasound of the pelvic organs at a cost of 150 UAH. As a result, they said to pay UAH 250. Because they mistakenly did an internal ultrasound instead of an external one.
Recommendation: ask before the procedure whether the correct procedure is provided to you.
