It's just awful. After paying 570.00 UAH and in case of underpayment in less than half a month in 14 days, the contract is terminated unilaterally ..... Despite the fact that they are late with the construction for more than half a year !!!! Then for the Vertical there is a Coronavirus and for people there is no !!!! You have no conscience !!!!

They drag on like a house that has already been handed over, but not a lot of work ... 7 house of Kozatsky residential complex .... sound insulation costs for buyers ... They procrastinate and rely on the coronavirus ..., and in fact they have taken on too much and can't afford to ... finish the journey ... But there are a lot of advertisements. I will not exhibit the phone number ... Zhk Kozatsky kv 93 dim7, right wall from (adjacent to 94 kv) marked problem areas with a pencil - 3 pcs (the keys are in the commandant) ....

Very long build bdynok. In April, 2019 bought the apartment in the town of Manufactory. Paid 100% and soon the summer comes to an end, and in the second house there is no second floor yet. By the end of 2020 it won't be constructed, and about delivery and there is no speech that will be faster.

Bought an apartment in the "Town of Kozatske". When buying an apartment, I was pleasantly impressed by the service, everything was at the highest level, but not everything is as smooth as it seems !!! Delayed for a long time delivery of the apartment, the house is not built well, the wall between the neighbors is 20 cm, it is not clear what it is made of, no sound insulation; between the rooms the wall is 10 cm, it's scary to hang some furniture, there is an feeling that the wall will not stand. The fact that there is electricity distribution in the apartment is not a plus, because then they reworked it in their own way. And the fact that the contract says that they return compensation for the delay in handing over the house, is also not conducted, because the amount that was returned to us is just laughter, for a one-room apartment - 50 UAH !!! So before you buy a home in the construction company "Vertical", think carefully about your decision, so as not to regret it !!!
