What about the "police", which "officers" may not even approve of their status by making the correct identification in accordance with article 18 of the NPO law? In the form I can buy in a war ... Can I get a position from my police? I just ask how the officers who drove from 24.11.2018, the car with the number 0709 can not even show its identification after having asked for more than 20 times in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Who is managing their mental and physical condition? As the guides, because they had to call all of their "nannies" in their management, I hope they will not hurt their weapons - or better: do not give them ammunition at all. In addition, find out that each branch of the police should receive a declaration of theft, for example, from a citizen. It will be an interesting case for the international consulting group on "police reform", how officers in Ivano-Frankivsk work.
