Absolutely One of the best Bars in Kiev, It's expensive as it is at Intercontinental Hotel, it is very quiet place except at weekend.

Very nice asian food and sushi, lovely cocktails and virgin cocktails. Stunning view! Wine and food are a bit pricey though.

11th floor bar and bar food available after 6pm with outdoor seating (with blanket if required) with good views of Kiev. Wonderfully laid out, a must visit when in Kiev and see the signature signed glasses of the famous displayed.

Staff can be over efficient. The white wines list needs improvement. Dont't bring your own cigars, they want extra Greta venue and try the seafood menue - excellent!

Great views but expect standard European prices for the drinks. Pity that they closed off half the roof terrace as well so could not get the all round views of the city. It was also quiet for a Saturday night - would have stayed longer if it was more lively. BTW they now do have seating on the terrace.
