Pretty good bet. He came across it by chance last year with his friends from Minsk. Now it has become a tradition - every time they come to Kyiv, we meet in Balagan. Well, it usually happens once a month (+/-), as soon as they have business in Ukraine. We have already been to this institution 5-6 times. More than once, neither I nor my friends had a reason to complain about anything. Only good emotions)

Quite a decent place. True, for those who like noise-din. Very noisy in the halls for non-smokers. In smoking it is quiet. Serve quickly.

I saw an advertisement in the subway and decided to go with friends for a cocktail) I really liked the bartender and the prices! Especially the action - you take 2 cocktails and the third one as a gift from the bartender - pleasantly pleased. Will be back for more

Very pleasant and warm impressions were left from visiting this bar. Clean room, cozy room, polite and friendly staff. Food that can delight any gourmet. And, of course, I would like to note the many types of very tasty and always fresh beer.

A wonderful place to relax with friends. Large assortment, reasonable prices, friendly staff. I was in this place once, I really liked it, upon arrival in Kiev, I will definitely visit this bar again. I recommend to everyone.
