I liked everything, from the conditions (price / quality) and in terms of location from Kiev (near the Eco Market on Radunska). The only remark, many noisy companies on the weekend, which do not behave adequately, I would like silence))), because we come just to rest from the hustle and bustle of the capital. And yes, in general, satisfied)))), we will order a house for next season👍 We really love "our" 45 house, we miss it very much.

Of course, there is nothing like that in nudity, but not in a recreation center where almost everyone is with children. There is nowhere to wash the dishes. In the shells near the spirit it is impossible - this is understandable, near the speakers - you find yourself under a flurry of indignation of those who "have been traveling here for 20 years," so where can you then? Well, purely a moment of chance - a family - mother, father and daughter - was "resting" in the next house. Dad got drunk and began to beat someone from the family in the house, did not react to comments from the outside, mom and daughter were in tears, everyone was screaming. The reaction of the administration is 0. Until they went directly, they did not tell them to somehow resolve this issue. Grief-dad seemed to have been evicted, but the next day he was there again.

I spent all my childhood in this place, it was the time of the USSR! Every year my father received a permit from the enterprise to these houses ..... Many years have passed since then, I have grown up .... And now, years later, I came to this place and I was shocked !! So many years have passed and NOTHING HERE HAS BEEN CHANGED. From the word at all. Old wretched houses, shabby paint, terrible inside, with torn curtains (if they are already good!), Old wallpaper from the times of the USSR, soaked in dirt, dust, damp ... mold, Old beds from the times of the USSR ... all so awful. Nobody here repaired, painted, changed or repaired anything. And let someone say - there is a buyer for each product, but it is impossible to sell such conditions to people for money! It's a shameful shame. Dear administration!! I want to address you. You dishonor our people and our attitude towards all people in general. You can not do it this way !! Invest at least something in repairing and improving the conditions in the house and then ask them. Is it really in your eyes that people are cattle and pigs to spend their holidays like that ?! You have a gorgeous place, nature, air, everything is saturated with childhood and the past ... But! These houses are awful. Can't you allocate funds for paint, for painting houses, repairing everything inside, sticking fresh, even the most inexpensive wallpaper ?! Replacing those tables that look like junk, spring beds .... It's tough. Is it really that hard ?! I'm very disappointed. I came to get a portion of pleasant childhood memories ... I got them. But to stop again for a rest in such conditions - I do not recommend to anyone. Alas!!((

It was not bad at the base. We came for a weekend with children. The state of the house is of course the Soviet Union, but the toilet and shower are normal. In the shower, hot water from 7 to 10 and from 19 to 22 rested not badly. We really got there during a cold snap, and could not fully feel all on myself. but still the rest was not bad.
