Shockingly bad service and completely corrupt pricing. Although it looks like a spa and high-quality, it is just an image. (1) A routine cleaning, which shouldn't hurt, was quite painful with their "ultrasonic" machine. It felt like my gums were being tattooed. (2) I had a root canal without anesthesia. Worst pain in my life! They said that more effective anesthetics that work longer than five minutes exist, but they don't have them at this clinic. Even after two visits to kill the nerve in the tooth, they said that they were not able to do it, it was still very sensitive, and they simply put the filling over the still-alive nerve. (3) We had agreed upon all procedures costing 68,860 UAH, and I have the documents with the dentist's signature. I used my insurance for the first visits and then paid 20,020 out of my own pocket. At my previous visit, they said that the last procedure would be the final 32,000 UAH. But then they demanded 313,980 UAH for the final procedure! That is $13,000 for one filling and one crown! I repeatedly told them that it must be a mistake, a slipped decimal-place, but they insisted it was the correct amount and I must pay this. The original agreed price itself is very expensive—probably the most expensive in Kyiv—but then to charge so much more is crazy. (4) They suggested I have all my wisdom teeth removed, even though there is no problem with any of them. They said it was a good idea to have them out before a problem starts. They are simply looking for ways to get more money from clients. Porcelain looks to be a luxury and modern clinic, but it is all for show. They don't know what they're doing, create a painful experience, and then try to trick clients into paying far more than can be imagined.

If I could give them 0 I absolutely would. They ruined my teeth totally. My teeth were great just needed a clean came in they spent nearly 2 hours!!!! hacking away at my teeth and gums so they were breaking. Seriously its taken nearly 2 years trying to rectify their mistakes. Please save your teeth and don't go here!
